PBMS August bank holiday closure

The PBMS will be closed to bird submissions on bank holiday Monday, so if you find a dead bird of prey, please only contact us for a submission pack if you can freeze the bird until Tuesday next week. 

If you are unable to freeze the bird, either leave it where it is or dispose of it. You can probably imagine how unpopular we are with Royal Mail if a submission pack is stored all weekend in a warm sorting office!

 

We will still respond to enquiries and send out submission packs this week but please dont send anything back to us after tomorrow (24/08/2022), until Tuesday (30/08/2022) next week when we are back in the office and labs.
