Links to PBMS data

Here you will find links to our data outputs:

  • Health indices - these graphs are produced from post mortem measurements such as body fat, weight, length and wing length. They can be used to generate health indices about the bird of prey population - this can help us to understand survival, physiological stress, and nutritional status of all birds, not just the deceasde birds that you submit.
    • Graphs of health indices with trend lines are available for the following species: Barn owl and Sparrowhawk

  • Data download - this link takes you to the data that has been published by the PBMS. It is a collection of data in which the PBMS has contributed expertise, knowledge, techniques and samples.
